Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of koko46 Services

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access or security breach, you must immediately notify koko46 customer support. koko46 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain password security.
koko46 employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, and fraud detection systems. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and koko46 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data or funds.

We reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and payment method verification (bank account screenshot, e-wallet screenshot).

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. koko46 does not charge deposit fees.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, bet type, and Account level. Exceeding maximum stake limits may result in bet rejection or Account restriction. Betting limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be adjusted by koko46 at any time.
All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live event outcomes from official sources. For sports betting, official league/tournament results are final. For casino games, the Platform's RNG results are final. For live dealer games, the dealer's action and video feed are final.
In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, koko46's decision is final and binding. Winnings are automatically credited to your Account Balance upon bet settlement. koko46 reserves the right to void bets and reverse winnings if fraud, collusion, technical malfunction, or rule violations are detected.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits during bonus play.
Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus amounts must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement means Rp 15,000,000 in total bets must be placed before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, sports betting 50%, and live casino games 10%.
Bonuses are awarded at koko46's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or cancelled at any time. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or exploiting bonus terms, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential Account closure.
